SN River Birch – Dura Heat

Dura Heat Birch is a fast growing deciduous tree able to withstand temperatures up to -15 degrees. These Birch trees reach a height of about 40 feet and a spread of about 25-30 feet. Like other birches, Dura Heat has attractive bark and a nice structure which is revealed in the winter when the tree’s leaves fall. For planting, Dura Heat should be in full sun to partial shade and prefers moist soil. It is hardy in Zones 3-7.
